Associate Director - International Accounting Firm: Denise served as an Associate Director for a leading international accounting firm, where she managed domestic operations. Her impressive portfolio includes overseeing 25 construction projects, ranging from new installations to internal renovations for KPMG's domestic offices. Denise also implemented a $12.6 million VoIP platform supporting 36,000 employees.

Project Manager: Denise led the construction and installation of a 50,000 sq. ft office space accommodating over 600 users.

Nash Finch Company - Director of Construction and Engineering: Norman completed more than $25 million in retail, office, and distribution projects annually.

HealthSouth - Regional Office Manager: Oversaw the completion of over $50 million in healthcare projects across 15 states and 500 facilities.

ATI Fitness/Elite Gymnastics: Successfully led interior renovations for a full-service gymnastics gym and a gym with locker rooms and workout areas while keeping operations running smoothly.

Terry Green, our Project Executive, brings over 30 years of construction industry experience, a knack for visualizing projects from inception, and a talent for leading and mentoring teams.

Terry's extensive 30-year journey in the industry has seen him manage projects spanning from ground-up construction to tenant improvements. His track record includes delivering multimillion-dollar projects punctually, within budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of our Clients.

Terry firmly believes that business success hinges on the ability to identify, mentor, and lead a talented team. He famously says, "The best project supervisor can walk onto an untouched site, look at the plans, and envision the building before construction starts. You must see how a building will rise in your mind, foresee issues, and organize subcontractors. Not everyone can do that."

In his role, Terry oversees multiple projects from preconstruction to completion. He excels in estimating, conceptual budget development, and value engineering. As a valuable member of our Executive Team, he plays a pivotal role in managing procedures, strategic planning, and business development.

With over 30 years of experience as a Superintendent, Jimmy is a seasoned expert in overseeing projects, particularly in the areas of gas stations, car washes, ground-up construction, and interior build-outs. His daily responsibilities include comprehensive reporting, site management, compliance with regional permit requirements, adherence to building codes, and strict adherence to OSHA safety guidelines. He excels in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, navigating complex permitting processes with various city municipalities, and meticulously reviewing job specifications, blueprints, and data to efficiently manage projects.
